Born in 1987, from Isehara City, Kanagawa Prefecture
Graduated from Yokohama Commercial High School, then Kanagawa University (Department of Human Sciences, first graduating class)
After university, worked for 10 years as a high school teacher and baseball coach
Later appointed as the first General Manager of the Kanagawa professional independent baseball team, leading them to a national championship
In 2021, he opened the first indigo dyeing studio in his hometown, Isehara
Also takes on the rare role of aishi — a traditional craftsman who produces dye from indigo leaves

The Largest Indigo Field in Kanagawa Prefecture

In collaboration with a local real estate company's regional revitalization project,
we are converting an increasing number of fallow farmlands into indigo fields.
Currently, we cultivate approximately 3,000 square meters of land.
To preserve and carry forward Japan’s declining indigo industry and agriculture,
we aim for further expansion in the future.

1987年生まれ 神奈川県伊勢原市出身
横浜商業高校商業科→神奈川大学人間科学部（1期生）
大学卒業後、高校教諭・野球部顧問として10年間勤務
プロ野球独立リーグ神奈川球団の初代MGに就任し日本一を達成
2021年から地元伊勢原市で初となる藍染工房を開業
希少な藍師（藍葉から染料の素をつくる人）の役割も担う

現在、地元不動産会社の地域活性化事業と連携し、増え続ける休耕農地を藍畑に転換しています。
現在、約3000平米の作付面積を保有。

衰退する日本の藍産業・藍農業を未来に繋げるべく
さらなる拡大を目指します
